Greg recently helped my sisters and me sell my elderly mother's home in East Brunswick, NJ. We cannot say enough great things about Greg! Here are just a few: 1) He helped us get through ALL of the difficult "bumps in the road" on this sale. He made this much easier for my sisters and me, so that we could focus on getting our mother moved out of the house and into her new home. 2) He handled all of the required inspections for us, so that we (who live from 1 to 2 hours away from Mom's house) could focus on other aspects of the sale. He also installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the home, to get it to pass the fire department's inspection, so that we did not have to. 3) Helped us work with our attorney and the buyer's team to get get us through some tough challenges that could have blocked the sale altogether. 4) Promptly answered all of the questions that we had for him (and we had plenty). Also encouraged us to "keep the questions coming", and said "I want everybody to know what's going on". 5) Knew the East Brunswick housing market well, even though he is based in Marlboro and Manalapan, which are further south. If I could give Greg six stars, I would. I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy a home, or sell a home, in northern Monmouth County or southern Middlesex County.
